The grist is composed of mostly Weyermann Pale Wheat Malt. Then proportionately hopped with Cascade, Amarillo and Simcoe hops, to create the perfect balance. Citrus and piney characteristics highlight this beer with a pleasant hint of dankness at the end.

Brewed with a bevy of malts, candi syrup and utilizing Trappist Ale Yeast, we're bringing a little bit of Belgium to you. Hints of plum, golden raisins and dark brown candy sugar.

Sable Barrel Aged Imperial Stout 500ml Bottle

The deep, dark body boasts bold notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and molasses, with a smooth warm finish. This beer was blended from our cellar, one barrel from Jeptha Creed the other a maple bourbon barrel. The aging adds layers of oak, vanilla, and caramel, enhancing the stout’s natural depth. Hints of dried fruit, like raisins and figs, mingle with subtle spices from the bourbon wood. The result is a decadent, full-bodied beer with a silky mouthfeel and a lingering, slightly boozy finish.
